The final podium.
Dark overcast skies set the mood for Meade’s day. The team the team raced through a rather event less day which was just in tune with the weather.
Jared started the first heat on the outside pole. He moved into the lead on the first lap but would soon fall the third behind Nick Mombourquette and Rob MacLeod. There was little Jared could do as he watched the two drive away
Meade came off of the grid in fourth place. Jared moved through the field but again fell behind Mombourquette and MacLeod.
The third heat saw a multi kart accident in turn one. Jared managed to avoid the crash and was able to finish the race in second position.
Jared began the feature on the inside of the second row. The feature was event less for Jared. He was unable to keep up with the top two but pulled away from the fourth place driver.
The team now goes home scratching their head after such success in Halifax, the team finds themselves looking for half of a second.
